My Copy of the Book Year Published: 2018 Genre: Paranormal Blurb: Betrayed by her only friend and badly wounded, Annis continues her quest for revenge on her demon enemies and their dangerous allies. Can she survive the deadly streets of Los Angeles alone? For a split second I'd seen through her true eyes. Not the seductive brown eyes I'd taken from her but the spiritual eyes of her soul. Ashley saw Sonja, and the world, through the beautiful window of love. She didn't see the dark side of everyone and everything as I did. With Ashley's ghost I'd witnessed the bright colors of compassion and felt the soothing warmth of emotion. For a moment I'd wanted to freeze time and live inside her world forever. A world without bitter hatred for my countless enemies and eternal scorn for my own wretched mother. I imagined a life of love and it didn't repulse me. Then I remembered how Amelia, Regina, and now Sonja had all inserted their sharp knives in

My Copy of the Book Year Published: 2015 Genre: Chick Lit; Women's Fiction; Romance Blurb: The final gripping part of the Seven Days Series. Is history repeating itself? With Nicholas gone will Sadie carry on alone? Or will Joel get over his commitment phobia and become a baby daddy? About the Author: Lindy began writing at University but never really wanted to be 'an author'. She wanted to be a princess or at worst a Kindergarten teacher. Her first novel, Heart of Glass, was penned in 2006 and since then she has become known for writing funny, forthright romantic fiction with a cast of crazy, comic characters in outrageous situations - many of which have actually occurred in her life. Lindy is also well-known for her romantic novellas which have repeatedly topped the short stories charts in the US and UK. She gains most of her inspiration from her dreams, listening to music and watching ridiculous amounts of reality TV. Connect with the Author:

Highlights of the Month - January 2018

Hello Everyone, Here's the first 'Highlights of the Month' for 2018! January was the first month of my self-employment; and quite an exciting month at that. I have made it through the first month of 2018, and I'm excited to see what the rest of the year is going to bring me! Anyways, onto bookish things... It appears as if I read an awesome 10 books for January.  And once again, I'm going to have difficulty in choosing which was a favourite; but let me give you my top three (in no particular order): - The Last Straw by Ed Duncan - Wicked Faith by Aaron Dawbot - The Black Notebook by Isabelle Snow And then I've got to add an honourable mention:  - Forever Since an Apple by Ken Welsch So technically that makes it four books...and not three. Monthly Reading Goals: For this month, I'm in a particular genre mood; so let me get on with the books that will make it on FEBRUARY'S reading goals: Read either: A Romance novel OR
